By using the gSheetsAI add-on ("Service") provided by WidgetLabs.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

gSheetsAI is an add-on for Google Sheets that provides AI-powered functionalities using commercially available AI models.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the data you input into Google Sheets and the use of the Service with your data.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You acknowledge that the output provided by the Service is based on AI models and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for verifying the output and using it at your own risk.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when you register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WidgetLabs.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

  • The Service utilizes AI models from third-party providers. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and conditions.
  • The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party websites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that all defects will be corrected.
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WidgetLabs.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WidgetLabs.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Custom Agents for Companies

For companies requesting custom AI agents, additional terms and conditions will apply, which will be provided in a separate written agreement.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
